As most parties start around 12pm and finish about 7pm this puts a lot of pressure on our drivers to collect and deliver castles. As such our delivery windows are between 7am – 1pm and collection between 5pm – 10pm, so we cannot guarantee collection times although if you want specific collection times you should discuss this with us when calling Gorilla Inflatables. We are continually working towards expanding our product range and delivery areas so be sure to ring us for our latest policies. We provide a punctual delivery service at very low price for our customers.

We require a mandatory £50 deposit on all our hires this is to protect our castles from getting dirty and damaged by unscrupulous hirers. This policy ensures that all our customers get a high quality castle for their events. The deposits are non-negotiable. We only accept cash and we will refund your deposit at the end of the hire provided the castle is returned to us in the same condition.

We do not provide outdoor bouncy castle hire on hard surfaces this is to ensure adequate anchorage. We therefore only provide outdoor hire on grass surfaces. We are a professional hire company with a growing brand that aims to deliver safe castles for hire.

When booking please ask us about the specific size requirements of our castles as we will charge the full fee if the castle does not fit. It is the hirer’s responsibility to make sure they have booked a castle of the correct size.

If we have to cancel due to poor weather which makes it unsafe for the castle users we will not provide a refund but will allow our customers to book another date.
