Q: DO YOU DO BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR HIRE?

A: Yes, our castles are suitable for indoor and outdoor events.

Q: HOW DO I BOOK?

Q: CAN I BOOK LAST MINUTE?

A: Yes, however we advise to book early to avoid disappointment.

Q: HOW DO I PAY?

A: We only accept cash on delivery.

Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING ?

A: You will receive the inflatable castle, electric blower, 25m extension lead, ground sheet, safety mats. The price includes set up, inflation and collection. You will need to provide a 240 volt main power supply.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?

A: We deliver our bouncy castles on a trolley please ensure you provide a clear route of access to your garden. The access should at least be 4ft wide. We only supply 25m cables – if your power supply is further than this, you will need to inform us at the time of ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the area is free from any waste or obstacle that could damage the bouncy castle.

Q: WHAT SORT OF SURFACE DO YOU NEED FOR THE BOUNCY CASTLE?

A: Bouncy castles situated outdoors need to be on a reasonably flat grassy area (slight slopes are okay) so that they can be staked down. They cannot go on steep slopes or under low tress. The area needs to be completely free of any sharp stones, objects, dog mess or excessive mud. We may refuse to set up a castle if the ground is not in a suitable condition and would too long to clear. Please remember we have other deliveries to get to.

Q: HOW MUCH ROOM DO YOU NEED TO ERECT A BOUNCY CASTLE?

A: There should be a minimum of 3ft at the front and back of the castle, and a minimum of 1ft each side.

Q: WHAT IF IT RAINS?

A: Most of our Bouncy Castles have built-in shower covers, so a shower or two is not problem.

Q: HOW SAFE IS IT?

A: The hirer is responsible for ensuring that there is adult supervision of the unit/inflatable and equipment, and the people using it at all times.

Q: HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE CASTLE?

A: We like to have all of our deliveries completed early in the morning so that you get a full days hire. Our collections are between 6 pm and 9 pm although later collections can be made for a surcharge. We need to have all of our collections completed before it gets dark – it’s hard to pack away when we can’t see all the equipment! When you make your booking we will talk about collection times and check the time of your party to make sure your collection fits around your arrangements.

Q: DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

A: Yes, of course we have public liability insurance cover up to the value of £5 million pounds . This will not cover the customer for poor supervision.

Q, Is there an age limit?

A: Yes our castles are only suitable for children 12 years old or younger.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

A: You cancel at anytime up to 3 days before the booking date. PLEASE NOTE: once you have accepted the delivery the full hire amount will be due.

Q: DO YOU HIRE TO FLATS & COMMUNAL GARDENS.

A: No we do not hire to flats or communal gardens unless we have written permission from the landlord.
