We purchase all of our Bouncy Castles from British manufacturers with the latest colourful designs. All of our bouncy castles are inspected and cleaned before and after every hire and will come to you in excellent condition.

3. Safety

Your safety is our key priority – All of our bouncy castles are inspected to comply with BSEN 14960:2013, the industry safety standard. We are members of the BIHA (British Inflatable Hirers Alliance), ensuring we are always up to date with the latest safety regulations. We hold £5m Public Liability Insurance and our electrical equipment is PAT tested. When we set up your castle you will be given safety instructions and advised on how to safely use the inflatable.

4. Great Customer Service

We promise to make your event a great success and will try our best to accommodate your requests where possible. If you have any bespoke requirements please give us a call and we will see what we can do.  In circumstances where we cannot accommodate your request, we will always be polite and courteous to our customers. Customer satisfaction is our main goal, if for any reason you’re not happy please let us know so we can try to rectify this.

6. Free cancellation

We understand that unforeseen events happen and that may require you to cancel/change your booking. We charge no cancellation fee, if you change you let us know at least 3 days before the day of your booking. We want to give you complete peace of mind.

7. Convenience – our website is always open

8. All our staff are DBS checked.

All of our staff undergo Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. To give you added peace of mind.
